Terms & Conditions
Travel, Event and Idle Time
We cover the whole of Cumbria. Travel is calculated from our base in Whitehaven. All packages include travel time within 35 miles of base. Additional travel miles are charged at £1 per mile.
A standard 3 hour time slot is included within the packages, plus setup and breakdown. If you need the photobooth setting up ahead of these times this is classed as idle time and is charged at £20 per hour
Reprints
If after the event you need reprints or access to the whole nights photos, no problem, we can arrange that for you.
Payments & Deposits
To secure a booking a £50 deposit is payable (non-refundable). Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to event date.
